Each person plays an integral part in seeing your project through to completion.
As team leader, the Account Executive is your key point of contact and furniture consultant. The Account Executive will manage the needs of each project ensuring service is focused and efficient, collaborating with your team to develop the 'best fit' product solutions appropriate to the way you work.
The Designer will be supporting the team by coordinating services such as furniture specification, design services, sample preparations, product application and complete installation documentation through renderings and realistic photo representation.
The Project Manager is committed to provide top quality resources and expertise to the project delivery and execution at the local service level, focusing on working with clients to ensure seamless integration of the selected architectural walls and furniture products. The Project Manager's attention to detail, safety and process ensures a professional and efficient job site.
The Project Coordinator ties together all for the logistics for effective service and delivery. The Coordinator stages and tracks the project phases, removes bottlenecks, and reports on the real-time status of the project delivery.
We realize no project is the same and all aspects of your project will be tailored to your needs. Representatives will complete site visits prior to order to do field measurements and verifications, evaluation of site conditions and conduct project meetings with your Project Team. Complete drawing sets, product specifications and finish samples will be presented, reviewed and approved prior to order.
Interscape communicates efficiently and effectively via online Project Management tools for execution of work orders, plans, punch items, claims, progress updates and schedules. These tools allow us to track and execute immediately while installers are in the field. We provide an onsite, day-to-day installation supervisor. Our Team will be in constant contact with the manufacturers, installers, project management teams, and the customer to ensure project timelines, scheduling status updates and customer satisfaction is fulfilled from start to finish.
A complimentary post installation walk-through will be provided within a 90-day period from completion date, at which time, an install crew will make any necessary adjustments requested.
