Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist

This role is pivotal in driving our brand presence and ensuring our marketing materials are as sophisticated as the products we offer.

Position Overview:
​
As a Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate our brand’s value proposition. You will design visual content that resonates with our target audience, manage digital marketing campaigns, and support our sales team with compelling collateral. This comprises of continued website development, brochure creation, social media maintenance, public relations, event preparation and all graphic creation.

Key Responsibilities
• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics for digital and print materials, including brochures, catalogs, social media content, web design elements, and email campaigns.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
• Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing to drive traffic and increase engagement.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the brand across all marketing materials.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create effective presentations, proposals, and other sales materials that align with marketing efforts.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Project Management: Oversee marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and align with company goals.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing or graphic design role, preferably within the furniture or design industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a strong creative flair.
