Before co-founding Interscape with her son Josh, in 2006, Nancy had decades of experience in the industry as the majority owner and manager of a Teknion dealership in southern Vermont. During those years she fulfilled several roles; business owner/managers, furniture specialist, designer, project manager and sales representative. The company's reputation for high values, quality products, and attention to detail let to business relationships with Procter & Gamble and Entergy Nuclear Power as well as to a continually growing customer base in southern Vermont and southern New Hampshire.
In 1995, Josh began in the industry as a furniture installer in the family's Vermont dealership. After graduating from the University of Vermont, he was a sales representative for a furniture dealership in Virginia Beach for several years before returning to New England. During his twenty five years in the industry, he has had the opportunity of playing roles in all facets of a furniture dealership to include marketing, sales, operations, finance, and project management.
