Erin will oversee the coordination of Interscape's various disciplines to achieve greater effectiveness by developing, improving and reinforcing strategies, structures and processes. Additionally, Erin will oversee day-to-day management responsibilities of the operations team.
Diana will oversee the day-to-day management of the design team at Interscape, ensuring their success in the role and the continued positive contributions they bring to the company.

6TH ANNUAL JIMMY V FOUNDATION FUNDRAISER EVENT

Almost all of us have been affected by cancer in one way or another - spouses, mothers, fathers, grandparents, children. Cancer does not discriminate.
After a one-year pandemic hiatus, the 6th Annual Jimmy V Foundation Fundraiser Event was back! The event was held at Kinsmen Brewery and what an amazing turnout it was. It was an honor for Interscape to be one of the sponsors for this great event to support cancer research.

2021 Crew CT Blue Ribbon Awards
Interscape was honored to have been on the teams for two winning projects; Murtha Cullina LLP designed by The S/L/A/M Collaborative & LAZ Parking designed by Tecton Architects. Murtha Cullina was an exciting space and we recently completed their Stamford office. We continue to partner with LAZ Parking for their furniture, architectural walls, and acoustical solutions.
ENR Award of Merit
What an innovative space! Biohaven Pharmaceuticals wins 2021 ENR Mid-Atlantic Regional Best Project Award of Merit of Interior/Tenant Renovation, designed by Svigals + Partners. Interscape was responsible for furnishing Biohaven in New Haven, CT and PA and looking forward to future projects.
First Place 2021 Project Team Award for K-12
Oxford Middle School was recognized by the Connecticut Building Congress (CBC), receiving it's First Place 2021 Project Team Award for K-12 (large) Schools designed by Tecton Architects. Interscape created a new learning environment with furnishings for the classrooms, media centers and administrative offices.

Last night, Interscape and Teknion invited fellow industry professionals to enjoy a Hartford Yard Goats minor league baseball game in their Dugout Suite. As the state restrictions are lifted and many are vaccinated, we felt it was a great time to get together outside and interact with our fellow industry clients and customers.

INTERSCAPE & TEKNION TEAM UP FOR A VIRTUAL ST. PADDY'S DAY GO GREEN EVENT

Interscape traded their orange for one day and went GREEN for St. Paddy's Day to team up with Teknion for a fun and informative presentation on how to bring health and wellness into today's environments! Tracy Backus of Teknion, alongside Kati Suomi of Naava, explored the latest updates on WELL, biophilic design and bringing the outside in.
Attendees were asked to send a photo or video wearing their best St. Paddy's Day outfit. Three winners were chosen and each received a $100 gift card to a local Irish Pub of their choice! Thank you to our presenters and to all who joined our event!
INTERSCAPE HOSTS FALL INTO OUTDOOR FURNITURE EVENT

Interscape hosted their “Fall into Outdoor Furniture Event”, collaborating with over 10 different vendors showcasing their outdoor furniture collections. It was great to see everyone again while we continue to practice safe, physical distancing guidelines.

INTERSCAPE DONATES TO THE "STUFF THE BUS" CAMPAIGN FOR LOCAL STUDENTS

Each year, thousands of students start school without necessary classroom supplies. To help change that and give students the materials they need, the Hartford Young Professionals & Entrepreneurs (HYPE) teamed up with the United Way’s annual “Stuff the Bus” campaign to collect school supplies needed for the school year, whether virtually or in the classroom.
Interscape donated various school supplies to stock students’ desks in time for the first day of school. Backpacks, pencils, pens, crayons and markers (washable and dry erase) were among the items purchased by Interscape from the Stuff the Bus wish list to help aid the classrooms.
FARMINGTON HOSTS DESIGNER TERRARIUM BUILD NIGHT

Interscape hosted their annual Designer Night a little different this year due to COVID-19. We wanted to make sure everyone had a memorable night and thank the industry designers and also celebrate in a fun but safe way.
The Winterberry Gardens terrarium class provided a beautiful selection of materials for our guests. From glass containers, mini woodland and tropical plants to accent decor to make beautiful living mini landscapes. Their team provided our guests with expert guidance for planting and maintenance of their terrariums. The class was fun and simple and everyone had a great time.
It was a memorable event for our employees and industry designers to reconnect in-person and enjoy food, drinks and build beautiful terrariums while respecting physical distancing measures.
INTERSCAPE HOSTS A WELL AP EXAM PREP CELEBRATION FOR LOCAL DESIGNERS

Interscape was thrilled to host their first event since the COVID-19 pandemic. We wanted to celebrate the WELL AP Exam Prep course attendees in a fun but safe way.
The prep series looked a little different this year as it was only accessible online due to COVID-19. This accredited course offers extensive insight on the WELL Building Standard that will help enhance heath and well-building in built environments. The outdoor patio was the perfect location to allow us to follow the social distancing guidelines.
Great job to all that completed the course.
INTERSCAPE & TEKNION ANNOUNCE ONLINE ACCREDITED COURSE FOR THE DESIGN INDUSTRY

Interscape Commercial Environments announced this year's WELL AP Exam Prep Series to only be accessed online in the safety of your own home or office due to COVID-19. This accredited course offers extensive insight on the WELL Building Standard that will help enhance health and well-building in built environments.
The course presenters will deliver five 60-minute online sessions, defining WELL Building Standard v1 exam subject matter and key content. Now, more than ever, designers in our industry are taking action and will integrate their certification in all areas of design.
Interscape is also adding a fun, weekly contest, incorporating subject matter from the webinar and winners will receive a $25 gift certificate to their favorite local restaurant to help support local businesses during the pandemic.

Interscape and Teknion teamed up for an informative CEU course on Ergonomics. The presentation outlined the principles of ergonomics and how they impact our comfort and well-being. Lisa Barday of Teknion explored the reasons office furniture and related ergonomic accessories are sized the way they are - breaking down myths regarding furniture dimensions and ergonomics.

Interscape was compelled to give back to the community and help others in need. We teamed up with 2 local charities; The Hole in the Wall Gang, a camp that was founded by Paul Newman to provide opportunities for children with serious illnesses to experience friendships that go hand-in-hand with camp and Journey Home, an organization that provides shelters for the homeless in the Hartford area. Seeing both charities' gratitude solidified our initiative to give back.
